TOWER COMPETITION This activity uses creativity, compromise, and group decision-making to find one of many possible solutions to a problem. Here are two variations. Group size: 2-10 STRAW TOWER Steps: • Provide the group with a pile of drinking straws, paper clips, pipe cleaners, scissors, and a ball of string. The goal of this game is to build the tallest tower of trust. When it is your turn, roll the dice. If you roll two different numbers, add the numbers together, look up the total number on the Trust Chart (on the Tower of Trust worksheet), read aloud your trust building behavior, and add the appropriate number of blocks to your tower.
